RTÉ Radio’s Céilí House comes to Backyard Arts Centre, Moynehall, Cavan Town this Sunday 22nd October at 2pm start as presenter Kieran Hanrahan and producer Aidan Butler many of the region’s finest performers.

Céilí House, one of RTÉ Radio's most popular programmes, comes to Backyard Arts Centre, Moynehall, Cavan Town this Sunday 22nd October at 2pm start as presenter Kieran Hanrahan and producer Aidan Butler many of the region’s finest performers. 

NYAH Festival, which is celebrating fifteen years of traditional music, arts and activities has gathered together some of the local artists who have put this region on the international map of traditional music. 

Taking part in the programme with the NYAH festival band will be Granard’s Eamon McGivney, Tyrone’s Cathal Lynch and Mullahoran’s Hannah O’Reilly.

Derry guitar player Jack Warnock, Antrim fiddler Molly Walls, Dublin whistle and bodhrán player Kevin Meehan, and Offaly’s multiple Fleadh Cheoil Winning fiddler, Adamar O’Connor. will also feature, as will some of Cavan’s finest youth players, including Ellen Grant, Oisín McCorry, Zoran Donohoe, Barry Conaty, Savannah Donohoe and Jack Grant, Grainne and Daniel Brady, Seán Curran.

Renowned Cavan accordion player Martin Donohoe, joined by Kavan Donohoe - just returned from America - on harp, will complete the line up for what will be a lively and entertaining evening of NYAH music and song.
