Ryan Tubridy at the 2012 Virginia Show

Virginia - one of the biggest shows in Ireland. Wed 21st August.

The 2019 Virginia Show will take place on Wednesday 22st  August on its own scenic grounds along the shores of Lough Ramor. A gathering of all that's good in food, farming and rural Ireland. 3,000 exhibits in 500 classes.

Virginia will be alive with all the sights and sounds associated with early autumn.  A day for everyone, the serious business of over 470 classes happens alongside food markets, children’s amusements, trade stands, demonstrations and the hustle and bustle of a great day out.  In an Ireland of increased awareness of food traceability, Virginia Show allows you to see and talk with the people who set the high standards of the Irish dairy, beef, and sheep industries.
