Bawnboy Community Festival

Join us for a packed weekend of family fun activities in Bawnboy, a historic little village in West Cavan in the heart of the Global Geopark.

Friday, 3rd August

11am–1pm   Build your Festival Bear, Bear Essentials , Bawnboy (GPS: 54.12, -7.71)
Build your bunny or other teddy bear/animal.  This workshop is for all ages.  Children under 6 have must be accompanied by an adult.  Refreshments for everyone included.  After the workshop, visit the teddy bear gift shop or have a picnic at Bear Essentials playground. Sunday, 5th August

2pm–6pm  Bee Keeping Display, GAA Grounds (GPS: 54.12, -7.67)

Monday, 6th August 

2.30pm-5pm      Open Day at Jampa Ling Buddhist Centre (GPS: 54.10, -7.70)
