Sunday opening at museum for summer months

Cavan County Museum, Ballyjamesduff will open on Sundays between 2pm and 5.30pm for the months of June, July, August, and September commencing Sunday, 3 June.

The museum is home to many fascinating exhibits, including the award-winning World War One replica trench, the 1916 Rising Experience, and Road to War: Path to Reflection and boasts a gift shop and café facilities. It is an ideal place to relax and wander through tens of thousands of years of Irish history.

The museum is open year-round from 10am-5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, and guided tours are available for groups.
